Membership is open to experienced, full time real estate agents who are committed to serving senior citizens and/or their adult children.

1.     Heartfelt commitment to serving seniors and/or their adult children

2.     Licensed full-time Real Estate Agent with more than three years of experience in residential Real Estate.

3.     Licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing with local, state licensing authorities.

4.     Maintains a current e-mail address and access to the Internet for log-in and customization of personal web page, and SmoothMovesForSeniors® member directory.

5.     Complete application for membership and payment of a one-time application fee of $159. 

6.     Payment of annual membership dues.  Membership starts the day your dues are posted and verified. 

SmoothMovesForSeniors.net may terminate membership for any violation or any reason and return the unused portion of those membership dues paid in advance.
